Lowell Wintrup, Connect1 Corp. President, CEO & Founder
As a serial entrepreneur himself, Lowell is passionate about the small business community; a space often under-represented and misunderstood. His mantra is to assist fortune 500 companies effectively and intelligently market to the small business market through the gaining greater insights and the ability to effectively act upon customer intelligence.

As President & CEO of Connect1 Corp., Lowell is responsible for business development and acquisition and strategic alliance strategies for Connect1 Corp. Over the past 17 years, Lowell has held various executive positions for a number of large organizations building and managing successful sales teams including a six year term with GTE Transcontinental Group in the Publication, Direct Marketing/Data and Directory division in various senior sales management positions.

Prior to founding C1C., Lowell served as co-founder and President of Tone Interactive Inc., a pioneer in the digital marketing field, securing Digital AOR’s with international retailers, Financial Institutions and Fortune 500 software companies. Lowell sold Tone Interactive to Caxton Group, currently Pareto Corporation (PTO, TSE) in 2001.

Lowell brings a legacy of helping companies increase sales capabilities and generate revenue opportunities. He has been a featured sales and marketing speaker and sits on a number of Board of Directors for organizations including Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) from 2001 to 2004.

Damir Zacivec, Director of Operations
Damir is a seasoned sales and call centre professional with more than 10 years of experience in call centre management. His background spans a number of industries in telecommunications and financial services industries including American Express, Bell Canada and CIBC and to name a few. Damir joined C1C in the spring of 2006 as Director of Operations. He has instituted a number of rigorous processes since joining C1C, enabling the sales organization to minimize the focus on administrative tasks and focus solely on what they do best – gaining customer knowledge and intelligently transacting with small business owners. His operational know-how and meticulous project management skills have subsequently increased sales productivity for C1C by 25% over the past 12 months.

Jainthy Venga, Senior Manager, Training & Coaching
Serving in a number of capacities including corporate trainer, quality assurance manager and consumer research officer to name a few, Janithy brings a wealth of insight to Connect1 Corp. Her cross-industry knowledge is extensive including insurance, government and financial services. Jainthy fundamentally believes that people are the core to building processes that truly work. Her approach, while very regimented, empowers her employees to truly push the envelope and in doing so enables her team to do what they do best. That is monitor performance of sales agents, data, and intelligence gathering of sales follow-up in order to provide sales managers with viable information that they can act upon, influence and change.

Pramod Patel, Senior Manager Information Systems
With a bachelor of engineering (computer systems) Pramod knows his way around more computer languages and applications that can be counted on two hands. He has incorporated his past insights into scalable dB applications for C1C; enabling the ability to offer solutions that truly meet, and go beyond customer requirements. Pramod manages a number of technology partners and is responsible for data integration between all of our systems and teams. He ensures our systems are fully operational and secure with back-up and 100% redundancy with external back-up servers hosting client data.
